A note about shipping
We aim to ship all parcels within one working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays) by DPD or Royal Mail and tracking is always provided. Shipping costs have a standard fee (which has just been reduced) of £4.85 for most parcels - with a higher fee automatically applied for heavy/large items.
The exception to this rule is The Monthly Hearth Subscription kit which is free postage and packing. If you add more than the subscription box, the standard fee above applies.
For those choosing local collection (Arte's Den is based in DN12), please check your emails for an update on when you're able to pop by and collect - collection is strictly by appointment only.
