Refund policy

We're sad to see that you want to return your items! Fear not though, we'll try and make it as straight forward as possible.

When returning your item(s), please ensure you include details of your order number, a reason for your return and whether you would like store credit, a refund or to exchange for something else. Once we have received your return, we'll crack on with sorting out the refund/credit/exchange. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded unfortunately. 

If your item is faulty in some way or the wrong item was sent out (Mercury retrograde anyone?!), then please contact us first to let us know about the problem. You can use the contact form or email us directly at returns@artesden.co.uk. If the return is due to a faulty item or the wrong item was sent, we'll cover postage costs, too, but please ensure these are reasonable. 

Please do ensure you get proof of postage in case it goes on an adventure through the postal system and doesn't arrive back with us.

Just a quick note - we cannot accept returns or issue refunds/credit for items which have been opened and used e.g. candles which have been lit, earrings which have been worn etc.

Refunds are NOT issued or available for electronic items such as courses and online workshops etc.
