Shipping

We aim to ship all parcels within one working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays) by Royal Mail or DPD and tracking is always provided. Shipping costs have a standard fee of £4.85 for most parcels - with a higher fee automatically applied for heavier/large items. 

The exception to this rule is The Monthly Hearth Subscription kit which has free postage and packaging. If you add more than the subscription box to your order then the default standard cost of £4.85 applies.

Collections

If you're local and choosing the "pick-up" option, please note that your order is usually ready within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) but you will be sent an e-mail confirmation (please check your spam/promotions folder!) when it is ready to collect and arrange a pre-agreed time.

Please do not collect without prior confirmation as we may not be around to help you (we don't have a brick and mortar shop!) which may leave you feeling grumpy and disappointed!
