Q. Do I have to attend live?

A. No, you don't have to attend live. The recording will be sent to you afterwards (though not immediately) and you'll have access for 7 days. 

Q. Do I have to join in, appear on camera or speak during the session?

A. No, you don't have to participate. Your cameras will be off and you'll all be muted. You will be able to use the chat function though, should you wish to do so - it's a great way to ask questions and if I have time on the day, I'll do my best to answer them.
