Garnet Tumblestone

Garnet is a powerfully energising and regenerating crystal. It cleanses and regenerates the Chakras. It revitalises, purifies and balances energy, bringing serenity or passion as appropriate. 

Appearance

Opaque to transparent stone, usually pink, purple-red, or wine-red.

Which Chakra can I use Garnet on?

Typically used with the Third Eye, Heart and Root Chakras. 

Healing uses

When Garnet is used on the lower chakras, it stimulates the metabolism and brings regeneration to the lower body. It enhances kundalini energy and can assist with fertility and sexual disorders. At the Third Eye, it resonates with the pituitary gland to bring awareness, past life recollection and understanding at time of adversity

Sizes vary; typically around 1-2cm in diameter.
