The beauty of crystal and energy-based therapies is that they can be done distanced and don't need to be in-person, though of course many people do like to be here physically. 

During the meditation, Arte will use distance Reiki and crystal energies to enhance your experience by infusing them into the session. By combining these techniques with our guided meditation, we hope to create a truly transformative experience that will leave you feeling renewed and refreshed.

Don't worry, nobody else will be able to see or hear you but you should be able to use the chat function if you so wish. We'd recommend that you have your own music playing in the background if this usually helps you to relax or meditate.
