Crystal Elixirs are versatile and can be used in many ways: as a bath additive, a room spray, a drink, or even as a few drops under the tongue. We have used Crystal Elixirs to create room sprays that dispel negative energy and cleanse spaces, providing comfort and peace – great for in places where smoke cleansing may not be possible, such as hotel rooms or holiday homes.

Our hope for this session is that it will empower you to create your own elixirs, imbued with your unique intentions, and tailored to your specific needs.

In our session, we will guide you through the following topics:

• Understanding what Crystal Elixirs are and their benefits.
• The equipment required for elixir-making.
• Choosing the right water and crystals and setting intentions accordingly.
• Considering the timing of elixir-making and incorporating solar and lunar energies into your practice.
• Understanding the direct vs indirect method and ensuring safety at all times.
• Learning how to make a Mother Tincture, a concentrated form of the elixir.
• Diluting the Mother Tincture for dosage bottles; great for sprays and droppers.
• Learning how to store the Mother Tincture and choosing a preservative.
