Reiki Reset, online

You are warmly invited (virtually!) into the Arte's Den therapy room.

The beauty of crystal and energy based therapies is that they can be done distanced and don't need to be in-person, though of course many people do like to be here in person. 

Once you're comfortable at home, we'll commence a full body Reiki treatment where we may focus on more specific areas if intuitively called to do so.

This can be done as a standalone session, but can work well as part of a series of sessions so that we can focus on "problem" areas and get to the root of the issue, rather than just treating it with a temporary solution.

As healing practitioners, we create the most optimal environment and conditions to facilitate your own healing by;

• Moving energy around your body as well as unblocking and clearing that energy
• Helping to surface buried trauma so that it can be processed
• Providing support

Ultimately, you are responsible for your own healing; we're just here to be a guide, walk alongside you and hold your hand if you need it.
