Smoky Quartz Beaded Bracelet, 4mm

Smoky Quartz both grounds and raises the energetic vibration during meditation. It is a softly grounding crystal which can be useful for people who feel quite "flighty" but don't want to be too bogged down by some of the "denser" feeling grounding crystals.

Light honey-brown to dark brown crystal. Translucent.

Typically used with the Root and Earth Chakras.

Smoky Quartz is an excellent antidote to stress and can help with depression. Smoky Quartz can be safely used on chemotherapy patients to aid in recovery.
