Sunstone is a joyful, positive crystal for happiness and abundance. It heightens intuition and helps the lower chakras to release negativity and non-serving thought. It is light-inspiring and lifts darkness. 

Appearance

Glittery red, yellow, brown, orange stone. Clear transparent or opaque with iridescent reflections. 

Which Chakra can I use Sunstone on?

Typically used with the Solar Plexus, Sacral and Root Chakras. 

Healing uses

Sunstone stimulates self-healing powers. It can help to lift depression. It can be very useful at removing "hooks" from other people from within the aura or Chakras. 

What do Arte's Den like to use Sunstone for?

Sunstone is one we like to use for Sacral healing and for bringing about a sense of joy.
