This isn’t about performative spirituality and it won’t include “high-vibe only” content. What it is, is a quiet fire tended with care by someone who understands.

What You Can Expect Each Month

• A Small Crystal Kit, Thoughtfully Curated Around a Monthly Theme
  2–3 crystals chosen for grounding, emotional support, and energetic steadiness. These will often be tumblestones, but may sometimes include pendants, key rings, carved, or raw pieces.
• A Guided Hearth Meditation (digital access)
  A slow, soothing audio you can return to again and again; designed to settle the body first, before asking anything of the mind.
• Exclusive Hearth Podcast (subscriber-only)
  Each month you’ll receive access to a short, soothing “by-the-fire” style audio where we talk about the theme, what it brings up, and how to work with it gently. Think cosy voice note but curated just for you, and only available to Monthly Hearth subscribers.
• Hearth Altar Card
  One simple mantra or affirmation to anchor the month. Perfect for your altar, journal, or slipped into a pocket to rediscover when you need it most. Designed by Arte themself for the specific month you're working with.
• Spell Candle
  A single spell candle in a colour chosen to complement the monthly theme.
• Gentle Written Guidance
  A mini workbook with a short reflection on the month’s theme. There's no homework and no rules! It's simply supportive context which includes a sigil creation prompt and a simple ritual.
• Tracker
  A digital tracker to notice patterns rather than to aim for perfection.
• Digital Altar Card
  The month's altar card in digital form - formatted for mobile "wallpaper".
• Grounding Audio
  A short and sweet voice note style mini grounding audio that you can use daily - when you wake up, in an evening before bed or whenever you could use it!
• Little Extras
  These will vary; think along the lines of tea bags and stickers!

The Kind of Magick This is (and isn’t!)

This is for you if you:

• Feel called to witchy or earth-based practices but don’t know where to start
• Are tired, tender, overstimulated, or healing
• Want ritual that feels regulating rather than demanding
• Don’t want more things to do but do want little moments of magick
• Love crystals, but don’t need a full lecture about them

The Monthly Hearth moves in a shared rhythm. Everyone receives the same crystal kit and meditation so you can join anytime, and there’s no “behind.”

A Note From Arte

The Monthly Hearth was created as a place to return; a companion to The Witch’s Hearth Podcast, Arte’s Den, and my work with Wisdom in the Wound.

This is a steady practice you don’t have to reinvent each time. A reminder that rest, boundaries, and grounding aren’t luxuries but necessities.

Q. What exactly is The Monthly Hearth?

A. The Monthly Hearth is a gentle, witchy monthly subscription that is packed full of incredible things, both physically and digitally which includes:

• A small crystal kit (typically 2–3 crystals each time but this will vary)
• A Hearth Altar card to anchor the month
• A guided Hearth meditation (provided digitally, not in the box itself!)
• A digital mini workbook to accompany the month including sigil and ritual guidance
• Private Hearth Podcast. You receive a private monthly Hearth podcast episode, recorded exclusively for the theme of the month; something you can curl up with whenever you need to reconnect.
• A spell candle chosen to complement the month's theme
• Digital altar card for your mobile "wallpaper"
• Tracker: a digital tracker to notice patterns rather than to aim for perfection.
• A daily mini grounding audio
• Little extras which will vary - think along the lines of tea bags and stickers!

It’s designed to be grounding, regulating, and easy to return to with no pressure nor perfection required.

Q. Do I need to be a Witch or experienced with crystals?

A. Not at all! If you’re curious, open-hearted, or simply craving something steady and soothing, you’re welcome here. This isn't a course on how to work with crystals, but using them intuitively is welcome, and no spiritual credentials are required. If you are interested in learning more about crystals you can do so here.

Q. How do I access the podcast?

A. The podcast is linked in the “Start Here” document which you can download immediately. It is an exclusive (private) podcast and so cannot be found elsewhere alongside Arte’s main podcast. If you have trouble finding it, just email contact@artesden.co.uk and we can walk you through it.

Q. How long are the guided meditations?

A. The Hearth meditations are typically around 8-15 minutes long. They follow the same comforting structure each month, so your body knows what to expect even if your mind is having 'a day'. The content differs, but the structure remains the same because this repetition can be really supportive in your healing process.

Q. When will my order be posted?

A. Kits are posted to you once a month from the 12th onwards*. If you subscribe after the monthly cut-off (the 24th, subject to availability), your first kit will begin with the following month. This means that if you sign up between the 1st and 24th, your order will be dispatched the same month. However, if you order between the 25th and 31st (or shorter where applicable), you’ll be waiting until the following month for it to be dispatched with the next round. If we have run out of kits for that month before the usual cut-off date, it will be stated on the listing here before you purchase so you're not caught out.

*Please note that December is slightly different due to postal demands and so the cut-off in December is earlier to allow for posting. More info to follow closer to the time.

Q. Where do I access the meditation and written guidance?

A. You’ll be emailed access to the monthly meditation and written guidance immediately after purchase.

After you subscribe, you’ll be sent an order confirmation email as usual and then a second email with access to your downloads, no tech wizardry required! If you have any queries or questions, just pop an email over to contact@artesden.co.uk for support.

Q. Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

A. Yes, absolutely! You can pause or cancel anytime through your Arte’s Den shop account. You don’t need to send any awkward emails or carry lots of guilt. There’s no energetic cord-cutting necessary! You’re always welcome back if and when it feels right. 

Q. Can I give The Monthly Hearth as a gift?

A. Yes! The Monthly Hearth makes a beautiful gift.

You can use a different shipping address at checkout and please pop a note on during checkout so that I can get it sorted this end. You’ll need to input their email address rather than your own otherwise you’ll receive the access emails rather than them, so it may be best waiting until you're ready to gift it rather than buying it in advance and spoiling the surprise.

Q. Are the crystals ethically sourced?

A. Crystals are sourced with care and intention, choosing suppliers who prioritise ethical practices as much as possible.

Each stone is selected for its energetic quality and suitability for gentle, ongoing work and not flash or rarity.

Q. What would the RRP be, if buying separately? 

A. If purchased separately, the contents would usually come to between £45-£50, depending on the month. As a subscriber, you receive everything together for less; plus the joy of a beautifully curated ritual experience.

The digital contents of The Monthly Hearth are valued at over £35.00 alone.

Q. Is this suitable if I’m neurodivergent, overwhelmed, or burned out?

A. Very much so! The Monthly Hearth was created by someone who has ADHD and with tender nervous systems in mind so it has: 

• Invitational language
• No pressure to “do it right”
• Practices that meet you where you are
• Encouragement to adapt everything to suit your unique needs

Q. What if I miss a month or forget to use it?

A. Nothing bad happens! You haven’t failed and the crystals won’t be offended!

The Monthly Hearth is something you can return to whenever you remember, even months later! Divine timing, as they say – the Hearth is patient like that.

Q. Is this the same as your other courses or offerings?

A. No. The Monthly Hearth is intentionally simple. It’s a devotional, ongoing practice, not a course or a deep healing container. Many people use it alongside therapy, coaching, or other spiritual work as a steady support. If you want to delve deeper, why not check out my other offerings? Q. What is your refund policy?

A. The Monthly Hearth includes physical items prepared and posted with care as well as access to digital offerings, as such, subscriptions are non-refundable.

If you change your mind before your subscription renews, you’re welcome to cancel or pause your subscription and you won’t be charged for the following month.

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t reach you, of course please get in touch and I’ll do my best to put it right! Hearths are built on care, after all.

Digital content (meditations, courses and written guidance) are always non-refundable.
