Sacred Womb Healing in the Den

Welcome into the Den; a calming, nurturing and safe space for healing.

This is an in-person gathering hosted in Doncaster, DN12; please do not book onto this session if you are unable to join us in person on the day. An online version will be offered in the future; please contact us to pop your name on the waiting list.

We store a lot of trauma in our Womb space, or our Hara (for cis men or those assigned male at birth) and this is governed by our Sacral Chakra.

Issues with the Sacral Chakra can be linked to so many things such as back pain, infertility, depression, impotence and constipation. If we're experiencing an issue in this area, it's no wonder that it can have a domino effect on other areas, too.

When it comes to the Womb space, this can also hold onto generational trauma; as a result, when we concentrate our healing there, we can help to heal this trauma for our ancestral line.

During this session, you will be guided through a deep meditation where we will spend time in our Womb space or Hara, cleansing, healing and getting to know it. We'll also work through affirmations for supporting healing in our Sacral Chakra, too.

As part of this session, I will gift you with the Rite of the Womb, also known as the "13th Rite of the Munay-ki".

What is the Munay-ki?

Munay-ki means the "power of love" referring to the unconditional love the Creator has for the Creation.

The Munay-Ki can erase both karmic and genetic wounds from the past. It updates DNA allowing a person to create a new body that heals, ages, and dies in a more favourable way.

Originally referred to as the 13th Rite of the Munay-ki, now also known as the 10th Rite of the Munay-ki, this lineage originally appeared to Marcela Lobos in 2002 and is part of a lineage and collective process which began over 4000 years ago. During the transmission in 2002, Marcela was told:

“The womb is not a place to store fear and pain. The womb is to create and give birth to life."

Once you have received this transmission, this Rite, yourself, you are able to give it to others - and you are encouraged to do so! Every time you transmit this initiation, you strengthen its power in your Womb space.

This beautiful transmission, or rite, is connected to the divine feminine wisdom and along with that, the beautiful moon and its natural cycles. Please note, you do not need to have to have a physical womb to receive and nurture this amazing transmission.

Healing our Womb space, our Hara and releasing the trauma stored there, can have profound impacts on us and have a ripple effect for many areas of our lives.

What to expect on the day

We will gather in a circle in the Den.

The circle we create is sacred and creates a safe space for us to explore this center.

You will be guided through a meditation which will take you through the process of energetically cleansing your Womb/Hara and renewing it. You will be given affirmations to speak aloud as you do so. During this process, crystal and energy healing will be infused into the meditation.

The Den is a safe space to express yourself in a non-judgmental environment and connect with our emotions, thoughts, and feelings.

You will have the opportunity to share your thoughts and experiences with the group if you're called to do so. We encourage you to approach this session with an open mind and heart, and allow yourself to be present in the moment.

You’ll be given the opportunity to journal on what has come up for you during the session and be given prompts on things to ponder further on. We'll then grab a cuppa during the break.

Once we've had time to pause, we'll move onto the Rite of the Munay-ki; once completed we will pour water (which has been on the altar) outside onto Mother Earth as a blessing and thanks for her support as we pass on this healing back to her.

Provided at the workshop:

  • Refreshments
  • Cakes, biscuits
  • Company; a warm smile, a hand to hold, a shoulder to lean on and a safe space for sharing if you wish to do so

This workshop is hosted and led by Arte's Den.

£25.00 pp and spaces are limited to 6 so it's a small group. If you'd like to commission your own group booking at a time to suit you (and location where possible), please get in touch so we can have a natter and work out the details

We look forward to sitting with you in circle.

Q: Can I come if I'm pregnant?

A: I'd recommend that you don't attend if you are currently pregnant; we are going to be doing a lot of energy work in the Sacral area and a lot of releasing.

Q: Do I need to bring anything with me?

A: The most important thing to bring is your lovely self and an open heart. I'd also recommend a journal and pen if you're that way inclined. If you prefer to bring your own pillow, blanket, mat or snacks, you are more than welcome to do so.

Q: Do I need to have a womb or be a cis woman to attend?

A: In short, absolutely not. We all have a Womb space, or a Hara (for cis men or those assigned male at birth) but that does not mean that we all have a womb; whether or not that is due to a hysterectomy or just because we didn't have one to begin with. This healing is for all of us, it's for everybody - a cis man may benefit from this healing for example, if his own birth was traumatic. This healing is also for those who have not yet reached menarche, for those who bleed regularly or irregularly and for those who are perimenopausal or who have already gone through the menopause. No matter your age or gender; this is for you.

Q: I'm anxious, neurodiverse or have another need to be considered; can I contact you for more information so I know better what to expect?

A: Of course! Please e-mail us at or contact us via instagram or facebook if that's your preference, and we'll be happy to chat you through in more detail what to expect and answer any questions you may have.
